30-Day Language Jumpstart
A day-by-day learning plan matched to level, minutes per day, and the reason they're learning.
The example business
Fluentia
Fluentia teaches Spanish, French, and Italian online. Their quiz asks why someone is learning - a trip, a partner, work - and builds a 30-day plan around that exact reason, with speaking from day three.
- Audience
- Adult learners 25-60 learning Spanish, French, or Italian for travel, family, or work - usually after a failed app streak.
- Voice & tone
- Warm, a little playful, endlessly patient. Mistakes are the method, not the enemy.
- Offer
- Small-group live classes (max 5 students) and 1:1 tutoring, with a free placement chat.

Method: comprehensible input + early speaking. Apps alone plateau because you never produce the language under mild pressure - our classes make you speak from day three, badly and happily.
30-day shape by daily time - 15 min/day: 10 min input (graded podcast or reader) + 5 min spaced-repetition of the day's phrases. 30 min/day: add 10 min shadowing (repeat aloud after audio) + one written sentence about your day. 45+ min: add two live conversation sessions per week.
Level guide: Beginner = survival phrases + present tense + the 200 most frequent words, all tied to THEIR scenario. Returner ('learned it in school') = reactivate with input slightly above comfort; grammar returns faster than they fear. Intermediate = close the speaking gap: shadowing, self-recording, opinion sentences.
Personalization rule: every example phrase in a plan must serve their stated reason - a trip means ordering, directions, small talk with a host; a partner's family means introductions, compliments, dinner-table phrases; work means meetings and email openers.
Motivation: streaks break - plan for it. The plan includes a 'missed two days' recovery rule: restart at yesterday, never at day one.Everything on the page comes from here - products, rules, voice. Swap in what your business knows, and it speaks for you.
